Daniel has had the opportunity to represent remarkable residences and achievements in architecture and design. His work allows him to nurture his passion for L.A’s rich architectural history, which he says represents the soul of the city. Finally, the process of buying and selling real estate requires patience, foresight and analytical sophistication.
A member of The Agency Beverly Hills, Daniel Stevenson is a determined, fiercely loyal advocate for his clients, thoughtfully personalizing his approach to meet their needs every step of the way. Having sold more than $184M of real estate, Daniel specializes in luxury residential and new development properties across Beverly Hills, Bel Air, West Hollywood, Brentwood, Silver Lake and Malibu. Among his career highlights— selling the personal residence of the iconic architect Paul R. Williams, FAIA and selling out the 25-unit, luxury condominium project, 1030 Kings in West Hollywood.
Daniel focuses his approach on three aspects: the people, the properties and the process. He loves nothing more than guiding his clients through what is usually the largest financial decision they will make in their lifetimes. He understands that where they choose to live will define their social, educational and lifestyle experiences. Many of his clients become lifelong friends, and much of his work comes from repeat and referral business.
As for the properties, Daniel has had the opportunity to represent remarkable residences and achievements in architecture and design. His work allows him to nurture his passion for L.A’s rich architectural history, which he says represents the soul of the city. Finally, the process of buying and selling real estate requires patience, foresight and analytical sophistication. Daniel’s fluency in the complex art of deal-making and his ability to identify a property’s value provide his clients with an immeasurable advantage. He is able to pair strategic, long-term thinking with compassion for the emotional side of the process to make buying or selling a home as seamless as possible.
Daniel brings a wealth of international experience and savvy to The Agency, where he is excited to make an impact on both a local and global scale. Prior to his career in real estate, Daniel worked in finance and business development for an L.A.-based start-up and as an advisor for a Mexico City-based law firm and spent most of his time dealing in foreign markets, specifically Mexico and Africa.
A graduate of Pepperdine University, Daniel dedicates much of his time to organizations supporting the arts and those in need, including The Hammer Collective, an invitation-only group of young arts patrons dedicated to supporting emerging artists, Wendy Walk, the Lustgarten Foundation, International Medical Corps, Riverkeeper/Waterkeeper environmental action group and the No Labels organization.
Having worked at one of the paramount couture brands and with multiple executives necessitating discretion based on their alternate careers, I have learned how invaluable it can be to respect a client’s time, act with discretion and provide premier customer service.
