A quiet, luxury high-end neighborhood nestled in the Los Angeles canyons.

Welcome to BRENTWOOD

An exclusive, residential neighborhood secluded in Los Angeles’ Westside, Brentwood is a hip, luxurious, family-oriented place with breathtaking views of its surrounding canyons. Verdant greenery and multiple parks surround the area. Brentwood resides on the precipice of Westridge Canyonback Wilderness Park, which encompasses thousands of acres, including the Santa Monica Mountains. The views are unparalleled and give residents the sense that they're living in a resort full-time.

Not only is it a hip, peaceful neighborhood, but Brentwood is also close to the perimeter of the opulent Platinum Triangle. This famed triangle is composed of the bordering towns of Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and Holmby Hills. Brentwood is also easily accessible to Downtown Los Angeles and is only minutes from the freeway, making it very commutable. Since it has a lower profile than its neighboring communities, Brentwood is ideal for families and those who enjoy a quiet life.

What to Love

People & Lifestyle

When you live in Brentwood, you'll live amongst the elite. Movie stars, directors, L.A. creatives, and numerous other high-profile residents love calling Brentwood home. Who could blame them? With its small-town sensibilities and picturesque views of the mountains, it's hard not to fall in love with the community.

Beyond the A-listers, Brentwood is primarily composed of families, commuters, and UCLA students and faculty. The neighborhood's reserved vibe is very appealing to those who spend most of their days in the bustling city. Coming home to Brentwood is a welcome respite at the end of a hectic workweek.

Dining, Entertainment & Shopping

The Brentwood Country Mart is a local shopping village that has become a prominent hotspot for celebrity sightings, making it a popular place for tourists to visit. From casual retailers to luxury-brand boutiques, Brentwood Country Mart has it all, including several places to eat, like Barney's Burgers and Farmshop

Farmshop is a local favorite since you can grab a meal and then grocery shop. Head on over for some ice cream from Sweet Rose Creamery. Their chef is renowned for changing the flavors weekly according to what she finds at the farmers’ market.

Speaking of farmers’ markets, Brentwood Farmers Market has cultivated a reputation for excellence with its devotion to inspiring healthy meals. Their "raw inspiration" encourages people to add plenty of fresh fruits and veggies into their everyday diet.

Brentwood Village is another great place to shop. The Village is a business community comprised of salons, fashion boutiques, specialty shops, restaurants, spas, and much more, all within a pleasant, tree-lined area with an abundance of parking.

There are several excellent restaurants along San Vicente Boulevard, including rustic Italian eatery Toscana and elegant, contemporary steakhouse Baltaire. Also located on San Vicente are two famous pizza places, Jon and Vinny's and Pizzanna—winner of the Michelin Bib Gourmand Award.

Things to Do

The Getty Center is considered to be a pioneering institution devoted to cultural and philanthropic development in Los Angeles and the world. Cultivating an artistic legacy dedicated to preserving and interpreting artistry, the museum has become a paragon of education for the visual arts community.

The Center encourages the public to become more involved and passionate about art and how it helps us understand society and our place in the world. To do this, they've initiated additional programs such as the Getty Foundation and the Getty Research Institution.

For anyone looking to get involved with sports, the Brentwood Country Club is a luxurious private golf and tennis club celebrating tradition and community.

A more rigorous fitness routine might include a hike along the Lower Canyonback Trail. Crossing between Brentwood and estate homes along Canyonback Ridge, the trail offers stunning scenic views that range across an 8-mile roundtrip journey.

The majority of schools in this affluent neighborhood are prestigious charters and private academies.
